Thank you so much. My life has been so stressful for so many years. I had multiple and continued incidents of the main stressors overlapping and piled up. The world events on top of these. Things have slowed down, and Now I will practice your suggestions.

As a neurodivergent that practices mindfulness as often as possible and continues to get “stuck” bc of a long history of trauma, how does one truly reduce the negative? I cannot see around the world and the continued self interest over true human awareness.

This is a very good question, my friend. Traumas are very complex and their impact on our cognitive and emotional system can be intense. While meditation and other lifestyle factors might lower the severity but removing negative thoughts and emotions require a more professional and methodical approach. Therefore, obtaining guidance and support from qualified healthcare professionals specializing in mental health and particularly trauma management is vital.
