I liked the simplicity and the big picture you gave us without the scientific details, which you covered in your previous articles. Thank you for the reminder. I was close to burnout multiple times in my life and the feeling was awful. I'd do anything to prevent it.

Very helpful guide. I experienced burnout at a very young age, which mandated me to slow down by closing my successful YouTube and other social media platforms. The pain was awful.
