I liked the simplicity and the big picture you gave us without the scientific details, which you covered in your previous articles. Thank you for the reminder. I was close to burnout multiple times in my life and the feeling was awful. I'd do anything to prevent it.
As always, GREAT tips Dr. Y! I love your distinction between productivity and success- so important to separate the two and focus time and energy on the most meaningful activities. Wonderful article.

Very nice 👍 formula
Very helpful guide. I experienced burnout at a very young age, which mandated me to slow down by closing my successful YouTube and other social media platforms. The pain was awful. I wrote a story about it. https://medium.com/illumination-curated/gaming-fun-and-humor-the-lifelines-that-rescued-me-from-social-medias-grip-on-my-life-234e3050469b
A very real and preventable condition. Well covered here, and well worth taking note, especially if you are a prolific writer.
Thank you for this. It may not be new information to most of your readers, but it is good to have a timely reminder. - Paula
Really great steps and in perfect order!
I really liked how you elaborated the number 9, “Embrace Imperfection” with the MVP and Design Thinking Approaches. Brilliant! 🙌 🙌
I'm learning better to manage my personal needs with my hobbies. Certainly an ongoing process to stave off the effects of burnout.
Thanks for sharing practical tips, Dr. Yildiz
It's time to implement. Thanks
