I finished the draft copy of the Cortisol Clarity even before published and found it immensely valuable. It is the best book in this field from my experience in the healthcare industry.

I have the evolution of stress in my life on this planet. It has filtered down to single digits aka children. So sad! Wearing them out and with this phone culture they are on the internet way to early. Just breeding stressful dysfunction in my assessment,.
