7 Healthy Lifestyle Factors That Made Me Feel Younger, Healthier, and Happier As I Get Older
Combining these healthy lifestyle choices gradually transformed my body and mind into a better state by lowering stress and anxiety, two big factors impacting longevity.

Recently, when I surveyed some of my subscribers, most showed interest in sharing my personal experiences to give them new perspectives and valuable insights from my research that they might use to tailor to their needs. One of the most mentioned keywords was “lifestyle,” which inspired me to write this story.
I wrote and talked a lot about lifestyle factors that determine our health, well-being, happiness, joy, and financial position. When mentioning lifestyle, some readers expect luxurious homes, expensive cars, cosmetic surgery, steroids, or expensive supplements. Not many people have privileges for them, and I have no interest in superficial and unnatural things.
Although I like a minimum level of comfort in my life, I don’t focus on luxury, so I choose a spartan life, which gives me an inner piece. External sources do not give me the joy I need. However, I respect those who do them. I don’t see any legal or ethical issues. It is a personal choice and decision.
In this story, I want to give high-level perspectives on the key lifestyle factors that greatly impacted my health, well-being, and happiness. I will highlight the principles rather than specifics that align with my body, as we are all unique. I don’t know how your body and mind work. Something that works for one person might not work for another.
I will touch on tangibles (body), such as physical, biological, or chemical factors, and intangibles (mind and spirit). Combining them and having a holistic approach helped me improve my physical and mental health and made me feel younger as I got older.
